Measuring Bellringer

I  think that this picture makes me think of measuring time for some reason or measuring a dogs tail or a cats whisker. I don't know why I think of this stuff. I just think about every thing to do with measuring or anything. But maby this guy walks into a mail mans house and he saw this cat and a dog and he thought oh mabey ill get a dog and a cat and measure them or maby he got a ice cream and wanted to measure the cone because it was gross.
