Staying healthy is somthing that everyone needs to do. You need to start the day with a good breakfast, and eat health foods. You need to eat good heathly foods all day long not just at breakfast. If you do not eat heathly foods then your body dose not get what it needs and you can't do what you can do if you stay heathly. You cant just eat heathly foods and think that is all you need to stay heathly you also need to go outside and play, or you can get into a sport to stay active. Staying active is somting else that you need to do to stay heathly. Doing both of these thing will help you stay heathly and then you can do what you want.
