Ergonomics is the study of how a person uses a work space and equipment. If you are suffering from headaches, migraines, pain in wrist, forearm, elbows, neck, back, irritability, numbness and tingling, sore eyes or blurred vision your workspace might not be ergonomically sound. Some of my bad habits are not sitting back in my chair, not sitting my feet flat on the ground, and not having my arms at an angel. My work space is ergonomically sound, because the chair supports your lower back, the keyboard is level, the mouse is level, and the monitor is at the right level. People should sit up straight with your feet flat on the ground, your arms at an angel, and with there head at the same level as the top of the monitor.
